If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us, with its original tags attached and original new condition, within 20 days of receipt unless we have notified you otherwise. For orders outside Australia the period for refund is 30 days. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or our error. Turnaround

• All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Currencies

Please be aware that we price our products and sell them in AU Dollars only. Currency conversion rates fluctuate on a minute by minute basis worldwide and your credit card company may charge a conversion factor based upon their own policies and procedures. Customers are encouraged to call their credit card issuer to determine the current AU Dollar conversion rate.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How to Return an Item

Your item must be returned to us, with its original tags attached and original new condition, within 20 days of receipt unless we have notified you otherwise. For orders outside Australia the period for refund is 30 days.

• All returned merchandise is subject to inspection. Returned items should be unused.
• Exchanges for defective or wrong items will be made with identical size or online credit free of charge.
• Please take care in packing your return securely.
• Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
• Returned items should be unused and must be returned with any enclosed documentation and original tags attached. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
• The cost of returning unwanted item to us is your responsibility.
• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
